Sale your products or advertise your business during the SpiritFest Concert before 3000+ people September 3, 2023 at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. ERay Promotions continues the Labor Day Weekend tradition - the 30th Annual SpiritFest Concert. Join us as we praise God with the best in Gospel music, while giving away scholarships for deserving youth.

  Vendor Details

  • Cost:$150
  • Maximum number of persons per booth (2)
  • Booth includes table & 2 chairs (need to bring your linen/table cover)
  • A deposit of $50.00 is required to lock in your vendor space. (All deposits are non-refundable)
  • The remaining $100 payment is due on day of the event prior to setup
  • Vendor table locations will be provided on a first come, first serve basis upoon arrival
  • No food / drink can be sold
  • Load-in 10:00am -12noon (Once setup period has concluded vendors can return at 3:30pm prior to the start of the concert)
  • Doors open 3:30pm for Senior Citizens & ADA
  • Enter through Employee entrance, receive vendor credentials & map to booth area

  • Complete the registration form below
  • Once the registration has been submitted there will be a button at the bottom of the page to make your deposit via Cash App
  • Place SpiritFest 2023 Vendor Registration in the "For" field in Cash App
  • Bring a copy of your registration with your final payment to the concert
